I’ve known Jess for 18 months and had first-hand experience of working with Jess in her role as Operations and HR Coordinator at The Key Clinic. Jess has a calm and supportive approach, is quick to learn and confidently handled a variety of day-to-day HR queries and ensured processes were followed. She provided support to the COO, working to tight deadlines on a variety of operational projects ensuring processes were implemented effectively. Her eagerness to take on new challenges is evident in every project she undertakes. She has a diverse skill set and can-do approach which means she can contribute meaningfully to any team or project.
